Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Studio Pilates Classes

Classes are offered individually or in packages of 5 or 10, with discounts available for package purchases. These packages expire 12 weeks from the start of the first week of the term. Clients are responsible for completing all sessions before the expiration date. Bookings can be made through reception by:

  • Emailing [email protected]
  • Calling the clinic on 9481 8140 (leave a message outside operating hours, and we will return your call on the next business day)
  • Online at www.healthyinnovations.com.au and filling in the form on the Contact Us page
  • In person

Payment options include:

  1. EFTPOS
  2. Cash
  3. Credit card

Some health fund rebates may apply; please check with your health fund for eligibility. Receipts for term bookings will be provided upon the completion of the package. Classes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, priority is given to clients already enrolled in existing classes to retain their time slots before opening them to others. These sessions accommodate up to 4 participants, but a minimum of 2 is required for a class to proceed. To secure your preferred time or continue your sessions, notify us before your package expires so we can make the necessary arrangements. A place in the class is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All payments must be completed by the end of the first week of the term.

If payment is not received, your spot will be offered to those on the waitlist. It is your responsibility to reschedule missed classes, and this can be done only once. If you miss your rescheduled class, the session credit will be forfeited. If your desired class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist while also booking another class as an alternative.

Studio Pilates and group physiotherapy sessions require an initial assessment to tailor your program and introduce you to the equipment. Classes and private sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Instructors and schedules are subject to change without notice, and Healthy Innovations reserves the right to cancel sessions if necessary.

What to Bring to the Classes

Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing to ensure safety and ease of movement, as loose garments, hair, or jewellery may catch in the equipment. Remove belts, wallets, loose change, mobile phones, keys, and other items from your pockets. Please bring a clean towel and socks to the studio for all classes. If you fail to bring a towel or socks:

● Non-slip socks are available for purchase for $23.
● Towels can be rented from reception for $2 per session.

Sessions start and end at the scheduled times, with all classes lasting 55 minutes. If you cannot attend a session, provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed classes will result in forfeited credits.

Our Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Services

At Healthy Innovations, we prioritise the health and well-being of our community and value time—both yours and ours. Our cancellation policy reflects our respect for the time of our clients and our staff, allowing us to help more people achieve their health goals efficiently. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • With more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge. However, early notice helps us fill your spot more easily.
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee, reflecting the cost of an unfilled appointment. Healthy Innovations may waive this fee under extenuating circumstances.

Our policy is designed to respect the time commitment of both our clients and staff and to clarify expectations. We appreciate your understanding.

Terms and Conditions:

  • If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, Healthy Innovations reserves the right to charge 100% of the appointment cost.
  • We may request pre-payment upon arrival or before appointments for clients who frequently cancel or arrive late.
  • Continued disregard for our attendance policy may result in a client being unable to book future appointments. We hope to avoid this, but mutual respect is essential in the client-Healthy Innovations relationship.
  • Typically, Workcover insurance, Medicare, and other third parties do not cover late cancellation fees; thus, clients are responsible for these charges.
  • Exceptions are made only for immediate emergencies (e.g. medical emergencies) at the clinic’s discretion. This does not include last-minute work or family commitments, change of plans, or forgetfulness.
  • Please do not rely solely on email reminders—they are a complimentary service and not foolproof. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Feel free to request an appointment card with the time and date at reception.
