WORKING TOGETHER
Our team brings together physiotherapy, chiropractic, Pilates and remedial massage under one roof. With your consent, we share information and work towards the same goals, so your care is joined up. Get to know the people you’ll see at the clinic below.
Shelley graduated with a degree in physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, in 2002, and has worked in both private practice and public hospitals. Since moving to Australia in 2004, she has developed a strong interest in exercise rehabilitation and retraining movement patterns, and has added a Certificate IV in Pilates to her qualifications.
Shelley is a Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP). Over the past two years she has also completed in-depth study in biomechanics through Conor Harris’s programs, which shapes how she designs exercise programs focused on movement and posture.
Shelley has a special interest in women’s health through perimenopause and menopause, helping women stay active and strong through midlife and beyond.
Natasha has practised as a chiropractor since graduating from Macquarie University in 1999, working in the UK, on the NSW North Coast and in Westleigh. She has a special interest in headaches and migraine.
Natasha has trained in postural assessment and corrective exercise through the Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP) program, which she brings into her chiropractic care alongside hands-on treatment.
Natasha is also studying functional neurology, and has tutored chiropractic students at Macquarie University since 2008.
Matt is a qualified remedial massage therapist with a clinical, client-centred approach. He has a special interest in lower back, neck and shoulder issues, sports-related injuries and posture.
Using deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, Matt combines hands-on treatment with practical self-management advice such as stretches and ergonomic tips. He has worked in multidisciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists.
Matt is a member of the Massage Association of Australia. Clients with most health funds can claim on the spot in the clinic, Bupa members receive an invoice to claim, and Matt is not currently registered with HCF.
